This page contains links to various web forms to update the webpages. To update the menus, run the addHeadTail script from a shell. If you edit by hand and want to check it in to RCS, use 'ci -u'. If you create a new file, run 'rcs -U' on the file to set locking to non-strict so that others may edit it without (too many) problems. Having the files checked out but unlocked means that no one will have write permission, so you may have to play tricks to edit it (or, you could do 'co -l' as long as you remember to do 'ci -u' when you're done).
