Title : Screen Space Techniques
Abstract: The large number of existing screen space post-processing and rendering techniques suggests that more graphics problems may have elegant solutions in screen space. I will discuss some basic screen space techniques, such as edge detection needed for many anti-aliasing algorithms, as well as some less traditional examples of working in the problem setting. I will also present an unsolved problem concerning high performance rendering of user interfaces that I find interesting. |
