Title : Survey of Sketch-Based Interfaces: Indirect 2D Positional Input?
Abstract: This presentation presents a brief overview of recent developments in sketch-based interfaces. The talk contextualizes sketch-based interfaces from low-level gesture-recognition classifiers to software applicationsin selected domains. Many papers from various publication venues are considered including Eurographics, SIGGRAPH, Computer and Graphics, and SIGCHI. The talk will then speculate on using sketch-based interfaces for indirect 2D positional input. |
