Edward Lank	Title : Modeling Human Performance of Pen Stroke Gestures: Issues and Research Directions Abstract: In this talk, I will discuss a mathematical model of pen-based character drawing developed by Cao and Zhai, describe the problems with their modeling technique, and discuss my on-going work on trying to improve on their model.
