Abstract:
5. General Discussion Items
If you're considering going to GI this year, you should consider
submitting a poster: http://www.cs.usask.ca/~gutwin/gi/cfposters.html.
6. Action Items
- DC1304 will be unavailable on the following dates
- April 26th, May 10th, May 17th, June 14th, August 9th, August
16th.
- GI: Who's going? Is carpooling a good idea?
Steve, Robin, Jie and Celine, so far.
8. Directors' Meeting
Bill noted that graduate students should be aware that they have
$500/year to use to attend a conference, even if they haven't got a
paper there. This should be enough to get you to GI if you are
carpooling. And no visas required because it's in Canada. If you are
thinking about going, decide soon and talk to Steve Mann about
carpooling.
