Title:
Isophotes of Approximately Continuous Surfaces
Abstract: In this talk, I will present the work I've been doing towards
my Master's thesis. I will use a well-known surface evaluation
technique to determine the usefulness of approximate continuity. The
notion of approximate continuity is interesting because it relaxes the
conditions that are otherwise required in constructing a C^1 surface.
Certain applications can benefit from this idea whenthe resulting
surfaces still behave well.
