Title: Walking towards the Holodeck

Abstract: As far as holodeck graphics go, we're well on the way to interactive photorealism. That leaves other pesky problems like how to simulate an infinite floor in finite space. I will discuss some recent approaches implementing the "walk-in-place" metaphor.
