5. General Discussion Items
- CS 488 t-shirts: They're here; they're going fast (or even if
they're not); see Steve to get yours, soon. The cost is
$21.
- Alias is hiring; Oculus Information is hiring; Side Effects is
hiring! If you want a job get one soon. Even better, get two or
three.
- Time for lab meeting next term: 14.30 to 15.30 is
suggested. (Conflicts only with Martin Karsten's grad course.)
- Time for CS888 next term: 15.30 on Wednesdays is
suggested.
- 16.30 next Wednesday (May 5) for organizational meeting.
- Computer vision and image processing algorithms suggested
topic.
- Tibi will be lab manager for the summer term. Possible
things we need to get done:
- LDAP,
- dual-booting of Linux machines,
- workstation rearrangement and lab rewiring.
