Title:
Measuring Bidirectional Texture Reflectance using a Kaleidoscopel
Abstract:
I will be presenting the paper "Measuring Bidirectional Texture Reflectance using a Kaleidoscope" by J.Y. Han and K. Perlin from the SIGGRAPH 2003 Proceedings. The talk will cover previous methods for measuring the BRDF and I will be presenting the paper "Measuring Bidirectional Texture Reflectance using a Kaleidoscope" by J.Y. Han and K. Perlin from the SIGGRAPH 2003 Proceedings. The talk will cover previous methods for measuring the BRDF and BTF as well as the method presented in the paper. Advantages and pitfalls to their approach will be outlined.
