Surface Pasting is a hierarchical modeling technique allows a feature
surface to be pasted onto a base surface. With the standard pasting
algorithm, the approximate C0 and C1 continuity conditions are often
poorly maintained when the base surface has a relatively high curvature.
Furthermore, the feature often suffers from warping or other kinds of
distortions. In today's talk, we'll see how these short-comings can be
significantly improved.
