Title:

Painting in Three Dimensions

Abstract:

Many paint artists in real life work with three dimensional structures like statue designs, commercial displays, or industrial models. Their work can be aided by computer applications. This talk will present two research projects undertaken in the area of 3D painting and will explore main issues concerning techniques of representing 3D painting models on 2D displays.
