- Title:
- Hiring and Corporate Culture
- Abstract:
-
Companies succeed or fail by their ability to wring a little extra from
every employee. This is particularly
the case in the context of software companies where the product is
intellectual property. Without the intellects, intellectual property is
meaningless. I will discuss various issues raised by my experiences of
attempting to hire and attempting to be hired against a framework of
corporate culture building.
