Abstract:

Celine will be presenting a paper by Leganchuk, Zhai and Buxton titled
"Manual and Cognitive Benefits of Two-Handed Input: An Experimental Study".
This paper outlines two experiments involving unimanual vs. bimanual input
and an area sweeping task. The experiment was meant to isolate the cognitive
performance improvements of bimanual input from the manual performance
improvements. Celine will discuss the background, the experiment and its
results, and why she cares.
